• How it works
HOT – Gentle warmth helps relax tense muscles and provides soothing comfort to the face, neck and jaw.
COLD – Cooling provides soothing relief and may help ease headache discomfort.
PRESSURE – The gentle weight and pressure of the flaxseed filling provide a soothing, comforting sensation.
AROMA – The targeted essential-oil blend is selected for its soothing properties to help ease headache discomfort, tension and stress.
• Directions for use
WARM COMPRESS – Heat the FLAXi Headache Compress in the microwave in 30-second increments until warm. Apply to the back of the neck or forehead as required.
COLD COMPRESS – Place the compress inside a sealed bag and place in the freezer until cold. Apply to the forehead, temples or affected area.
• Care
Do not wash or immerse in water. Clean gently with a damp sponge and store in an airtight container or sealed bag after cooling.
The compress can be reheated many times. Allow it to cool completely before reheating. For best performance, we recommend replacing it annually.
