How do I heat my Flaxi bag?
Simply heat in the microwave in 30 second increments until the bag feels warm. Place the bag over the aching area. The filling will gently shape and mould to the body and offer targeted pain relief. It will retain its heat for up to 40 minutes. Flaxi bag can be reheated many times over. Let it cool down completely before reheating.

How do I care for my Flaxi bag?
To clean Flaxi Lavender Heat Bag, Flaxi Headache Compress and Flaxi Weighted Eye Pillow, use a damp sponge to lightly cleanse the outside of the bag. Do not wash or immerse in water. Flaxi Baby and Flaxi Toddler outer bags can be washed in cold water. Store your Flaxi bag in an airtight container or sealed bag after cooling to preserve its fragrance.
How long will my Flaxi bag last?
When cared for properly your Flaxi bag should last for several years. Over time the lavender and essential oil fragrance will diminish.
